Standard Process will accept and process returns from your customers who purchased via the inSITE Web template. The process for customers is listed here:

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns and it must be visible on the outside of the shipping box or on the mailing label. To receive a RMA, call Customer Care at 800-558-8740 within 30 days of the order date and provide the following:

Product name
Order number
Invoice number
Reason for return
Best Used By date

 

Do the people buying Standard Process supplements through this program need to be established patients/pet parents?
No. While your patients/pet parents may purchase from your inSITE online store, a practitioner-patient relationship is not required and non-patients may purchase as well. However, we will expressly and conspicuously advise purchasers on inSITE to consult with a health care practitioner before making any purchases.
How is this different from Patient Direct?
Patient Direct remains an important optional tool for you to support your patient/pet parent relationships. Patient Direct is designed for you to create a custom supplement protocol for your patients, purposely excluding anyone who is not a patient/pet parent.

With inSITE, the products you select to include are available to patients and non-patients alike. Additionally, Patient Direct includes access to all MediHerb products, whereas inSITE includes access only to a subset of MediHerb products.

And for veterinary professionals on inSITE, the list of products offered include most of the Standard Process products, including the Veterinary Formulas, but no MediHerb (unlike Patient Direct where you have access to all 3 lines).

Note: Patient Direct patients/pet parents who choose to migrate over to inSITE will need to create a new account for inSITE using a unique User Name/Sign-in Name. Email addresses cannot be used as their User Name/Sign-in Name for inSITE.

 

Do customers pay for shipping?
We ship to all 50 states as well as Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. An $8 shipping fee is applied to orders under $100. Free shipping for orders totaling $100 or more. If your customers would like their delivery sooner, we offer expedited shipping for an additional charge. Expedited options are displayed during the checkout process and the rate will be applied automatically to orders upon checkout.
How quickly do customer orders ship from a Standard Process facility?
Customer orders from inSITE typically ship within one to two business days from one of our distribution centers, and standard shipping will arrive within two business days from the send date.
